Tratos announces the sale of Modular Wiring Systems (MWS) following a successful turnaround strategy. Dedicated to the promotion of the Modular Wiring concept in commercial electrical and other installations, MWS was acquired by the Tratos in 2008. At the time MWS faced a challenging financial situation and was in need of re-structuring. The Tratos team worked with the existing management to improve product quality, refine pricing and develop better financial management structures.
