TRATOS Cavi have completed the building and commissioning of their 6 million euro extension at the Pieve Santo Stefano site in Arezzo, Italy. This will house their new Continuous Vulcanisation line for the completely dry curing of polymeric High Voltage cables up to 132 kV.
Tratos Cavi has been awarded a 10 millions GBP contract by the Western Power Distribution for the supply of Service Cables . WPD is the electricity distribution network operator for South West England and South and West Wales, and delivers electricity to 2.5 million customers over a 26,000 sq kms service area.
